Job summary

AT&T is expanding its Field Sales team in Mississippi, delivering personalized, in‑home experiences. You will meet customers at scheduled appointments, demonstrate products, and close deals with hands-on demonstrations and service delivery.

Expect ongoing coaching, mentoring, and opportunities to advance within a fast-paced field role. Earn between $60,300 and $100,000 with uncapped commission; your starting salary will reflect geography, experience, and training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Upselling techniques that increase customer value.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license required; company vehicle provided for official business use only.
• Schedule flexibility to meet customers on their terms, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home, personalized sales interactions and product demonstrations.
• Close deals through hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolution.
• Build rapport with customers and manage ongoing relationships to reach sales goals.
