Job summary

AT&T is hosting an in-person recruiting session in San Diego, CA for Field Sales Representatives. You’ll engage customers with customized at-home demonstrations, close sales, and pursue uncapped commission opportunities, with a base salary range and multiple payout milestones.

The role requires driving to customer appointments, meeting sales goals, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Training and ongoing coaching are provided, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline – this includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in their homes and close deals with hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by AT&T.
• Leverage strong negotiation and communication skills to achieve sales targets and build ongoing relationships.
