Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow revenue by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts through consultative equipment rental solutions.

You will prospect, manage a territory, and present compelling proposals while aligning with Sunstate's service offerings. In this role, you’ll develop a strategic plan, maintain CRM-driven activity, and collaborate with dispatch, branch managers, and sales leaders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred; no degree required.
• 2–4 years of relevant outside sales experience.
• Comfortable learning Sunstate's equipment offerings and services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business to grow revenue and market share.
• Build a healthy sales pipeline and convert leads.
• Develop territory plans to maximize customer coverage.
• Maintain relationships with customers through regular site visits.
