Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to grow our commercial pest control portfolio across diverse industries. You’ll leverage a proven brand, strong training, and a high-velocity sales environment to protect customer sites while building trusted relationships.

Earn $80,000–$120,000 annually with base salary plus uncapped commissions, plus a company vehicle and modern sales tools. Orkin offers comprehensive benefits and a path to leadership within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Responsabilités

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and uphold standards
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
