Job summary

Quality Roofing Contractors is seeking a full-time, in-person sales support role based near Memphis, TN. The candidate will interact with clients, support estimators with project details, and present proposals to clients. Overnight travel is required, with relocation possible within 40 minutes of South Memphis.

A high school diploma is required; a marketing degree is preferred. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, pre-bid site inspections, and timely follow-up on bids.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to travel with overnight stays.
• High School diploma, equivalent, or above required. Bachelor of Science Marketing Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Strong communication between sales team and clients and internal staff.

Responsibilities

• Service existing clients by regular contact (visits, email, phone).
• Identify upcoming projects via pre-bids and site inspections.
• Gather information for estimators (scope, drawings, measurements, photos).
• Present projects to clients (PowerPoint, face-to-face, email).
• Follow up on bids/proposals to answer questions and discuss options.
• Live or relocate within 40 minutes of South Memphis, TN.
