Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, seeks a Field Sales Professional in the Denver area. You will drive full-cycle sales across schools and communities, managing local client relationships and travel within the territory.

You will generate revenue, meet growth targets, and develop leads through campaigns while leveraging our CRM to optimize activities. This role requires a reliable vehicle and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (sporting goods preferred) or coaching background.
• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative service to coaches in the assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within the territory via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Manage CRM activities across prospecting, account management and tracking.
• Increase sales across sports and levels within existing accounts.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
