Job summary

Allegiant Business Group seeks an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to cover a local territory on a 1099 contractor basis. You will sell benefits to business owners, present to groups, and coach newer reps through ride-alongs and in-field sessions.

You will also develop training materials, playbooks, and short coaching modules while growing your own book of business and leading others to higher performance.

Qualifications

• Must have outside or B2B sales experience in benefits/insurance.
• Experience mentoring or coaching sales professionals in the field.
• Strong presentation skills for 1:1 and group sessions.
• Familiar with CRM systems; data-driven coaching approach.
• Licensed in Health & Life insurance, or willing to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Sell in your local territory and build a book of business.
• Deliver professional benefit presentations to owners and groups.
• Lead ride-alongs, debriefs, role-plays, and field coaching.
• Develop training materials, playbooks, and coaching modules.
• Set activity goals with leadership and improve conversions.
• Maintain your client portfolio while supporting team growth.
