Teya is seeking a field-based sales professional to join its rapidly growing sales organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in sales, develop real commercial skills, and grow within a high-performing, fast-scaling business. You don't need a sales track record to succeed in this role.

Formación

• Fluent English required.
• Must have a full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within defined territory through outreach, networking, referrals and face-to-face meetings.
• Meet business owners to understand their needs, challenges and goals, and recommend relevant Teya products and solutions.
• Learn and apply Teya's value-led sales methodology to win new business and achieve performance targets.
• Develop positive, long-term customer relationships that support market penetration, growth and retention.
• Develop strong knowledge across Teya's products and solutions through our structured training programme.
• Share insights from the field to help improve our products and customer experience.
• Represent Teya as a credible, professional and values-led ambassador within your territory.
• Build positive, long-term customer relationships that support growth and retention.

Conocimientos
