Southeastern Traffic Supply (STS) is seeking a results-driven Field Sales Representative to own and grow a Florida/Georgia territory. You will visit customers and active job sites, understand needs firsthand, and close opportunities to increase revenue.

This field role emphasizes relationship development with contractors and DOT personnel, with a strong focus on quotes, timely responses, and building a robust book of business in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Florida/Georgia.
• Comfortable visiting active construction and DOT job sites.
• Ability to work independently with a structured schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned book of business in Florida/Georgia.
• Prospect for and close new accounts while expanding existing relationships.
• Visit active construction and DOT job sites to assess customer needs.
• Develop relationships with contractors and DOT personnel in the territory.
• Coordinate with estimating team for fast, accurate quotes.
• Represent the company in blue-collar, industrial, and DOT environments.
