Job summary

Terminix is hiring a Pest Control Consultant to promote Residential Pest Management Services and Products. You will be the local face of the national brand, assessing customer needs and using expert product knowledge to close sales while maintaining excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities include field assessments, CRM documentation, proposals for additional services, and collaboration with service teams. A driver’s license and flexible travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills are essential.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes and sell pest control solutions and maintenance services.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to increase opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to household services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and share with client to ensure clarity.
