Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant in the United States to sell residential pest management services. You will assess customer needs, present solutions, and work with a team to grow revenue while protecting homes and families.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, sales ability, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory; a valid driver’s license is required and a company vehicle is provided in many locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience recommended.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and propose enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear customer understanding.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
• Log daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
