Dana Safety Supply is seeking an Outside Tactical Salesperson for the Houston, TX region. Responsibilities include initiating and maintaining day-to-day relationships with current customers while developing new business across law enforcement, fire, EMS, and public safety entities.

The role requires deep product knowledge and proactive sales tools use to drive growth in the territory. Expect 75% travel and periodic evenings/weekends to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Three years of outside sales experience required.
• Sales experience in law enforcement distribution is preferred, focusing on soft goods (duty gear, clothing, body armor).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics desirable.
• Proficiency with CRM software expected.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain day-to-day relationships with current customers in the territory.
• Develop new customer relationships, including law enforcement, fire, EMS, and public safety entities.
• Stay updated on Dana Safety Supply products and sales tools to sell new products.
• Meet territory growth plans and be the key contact for end users.
• Attend training and sales meetings; travel as required.
