Job summary

Dana Safety Supply in Missouri is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies. You will promote and sell vehicle equipment platforms, tech, and installation services, and you may also sell tactical equipment.

You should understand procurement in public safety, stay current with industry standards, and collaborate with in-house technicians and project managers to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Clean driving record.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• E-Verify compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with police departments, sheriff’s offices, federal agencies, and other public-safety organizations.
• Promote and sell a full line of upfitting products (cages, consoles, mounts, etc.) and soft goods (tactical gear, duty gear, clothing, body armor).
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct onsite visits, equipment demonstrations, and professional product consultations.
• Prepare quotes, bids, and formal proposals for customer inquiries or RFPs.
• Collaborate with in-house technicians and project managers to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on industry trends, compliance standards, and local market dynamics.
