Job summary

Techtronic Industries - TTI is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth with The Home Depot nationwide. You will execute in-store promotions, demonstrations, and merchandising plans, leveraging Power BI for sales analytics and decision support.

This role requires travel, nights/weekends as needed, and the ability to build strong relationships with store personnel while delivering results aligned with TTI’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid US driver’s license for at least one year.
• Personal vehicle and insurance listed as primary driver.
• Willing to travel to stores and attend meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Exceed Home Depot sales targets through B2C customer satisfaction and product knowledge.
• Plan and execute promotions, demos, and store walks to drive engagement and sell-through.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive results.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising with data-driven decisions using Power BI.
• Build strong relationships with Home Depot teams and manage inventory and stock levels.
