Techtronic Industries - TTI is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth within The Home Depot and other retail outlets. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and support brand marketing initiatives across assigned markets.

The role emphasizes hands-on field experience, data-informed decisions, and strong collaboration with store teams to maximize sell-through and brand presence.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency required.
• Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Relocation may be required for future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service at Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure in-store presence and merchandising, using data analytics to drive decisions.
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace, customer profiles, and competitive landscape.
• Participate in TTI training to work independently in assigned market.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot team members.
• Manage inventory levels and report tasks promptly.
• Participate in merchandising resets to support product innovation.
