Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth within The Home Depot and other retailers. You will execute merchandising, events, product demos, and data-driven selling using Power BI to support decisions and achieve targets.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to travel, lift up to 50 lbs, and work nights/weekends as needed. Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Formal higher education preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets within The Home Depot and other retailers.
• Plan promotions, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and merchandising efforts.
• Use data analytics to drive merchandising decisions and sell-through.
• Builds relationships with store teams and manages inventory levels.
