Job summary

Honey Bucket – A Division of Northwest Cascade in Hayward, CA is seeking a Territory Manager (Outside Sales) to combine hands-on service with outside sales. You’ll clean and deliver portable toilets and handwashing stations while managing your own customer base and generating new leads.

The role is split between sales and production, requires strong communication, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 75+ lbs. A DOT-physical may be required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Clean driving record and valid license.
• Lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, GPS apps).
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites and build relationships with site managers and contractors.
• Promote services and close new business.
• Deliver and service portable toilets and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and reroute equipment.
• Work independently in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Role is part sales, part production and varies by needs.
