Job summary

Veridian Service Partners is hiring a Sales Representative to guide customers from first contact through project handoff for pool renovations within a defined territory. You will conduct site visits, provide accurate estimates, build client relationships, and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition to operations for scheduling and execution.

The role requires 2+ years in B2C sales, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of B2C sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to read basic construction plans or learn quickly.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Self-starter with hunter mentality and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess project scope and customer needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain services (remodels, plaster, tile, coping, etc.).
• Build rapport with clients and provide excellent service throughout the sales cycle.
• Close deals and coordinate smooth handoff to operations team for scheduling and execution.
• Maintain updated records of sales activities in CRM or tracking software and sales forecasts.
• Stay up-to-date with products, finishes, materials, and pricing trends.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
