Northwest Exterminating in Smyrna, GA is seeking an Outside Sales Professional who will prospect, build a personal pipeline, and close deals with the support of a strong team. You’ll own your territory and drive results while representing a trusted local brand.

You’ll receive robust training, a paid training salary of $3,000/month during the program, a company vehicle, phone and iPad, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsabilités

• Perform interior and exterior inspections and provide quotes.
• Sales and Lead Generation: generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic partnerships.
• Customer Transition: communicate the value of our services and transition them into Northwest customers.
• Relationship Building: build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ongoing Learning: attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs.
• Safety First: always maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
