You’ll receive a $3,000/month training salary, a company vehicle, and full benefits with potential to earn commissions as you advance. Requires HS diploma, driver’s license, pesticide license readiness within 90 days, and sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and provide quotes to customers.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling and networking.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
• Communicate service value and transition prospects into customers.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain safe work practices when operating company vehicles and equipment.
