Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional in Tennessee. You’ll build your own pipeline, prospect, network, and convert conversations into long-term customers. You’ll own your territory with strong team support and visible impact on results.

Training salary is $3,000 per month during training, followed by uncapped commissions. A company vehicle, cell phone, and iPad are provided, along with a comprehensive benefits plan and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and provide quotes for potential customers.
• Generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Communicate the value of services and transition prospects to customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
