Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections and provide quotes to potential customers.
• Sales and lead generation through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Transition prospects to Northwest customers and build relationships for loyalty.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and safety.
