Job summary

Cascade Fence & Deck is seeking a professional, field-based sales representative to meet homeowners on-site, assess projects, and guide them to the right fence or deck solution. You will gather details for accurate estimates and generate well-scoped proposals with our pricing software.

This in-person role mostly; some limited remote capability is expected and interactions at the office are common. We offer a strong lead flow, competitive compensation, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Consultative sales experience preferred (construction or home services a plus).
• Right attitude, work ethic, and professionalism.
• Comfort in the field daily and ability to work outside typical office hours.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners onsite to assess projects.
• Take accurate measurements and document site conditions.
• Educate customers on options, materials, and design.
• Build detailed, accurate proposals.
• Manage follow-up and move projects toward close.
• Maintain clean CRM records.
• Hit revenue targets while protecting company margins.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth project starts.
• Help refine our sales process.
