Job summary

Cascade Fence & Deck, LLC is seeking a professional, field-based sales representative in the Pacific Northwest. You will meet homeowners onsite, walk properties, take measurements, and guide clients to the right fence or deck solution.

You will build trust, gather details for accurate estimates, and move projects toward signed agreements. We provide a custom pricing software to simplify numbers, and you will be in our office most days as this is not a remote role.

Qualifications

• Consultative sales experience strongly preferred (construction or home services a plus).
• We will train the right individual who brings the right attitude, work ethic, and professionalism.
• Comfort being in the field daily.
• Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners onsite to assess projects.
• Take accurate measurements and document site conditions.
• Educate customers on options, materials, and design.
• Build detailed, accurate proposals.
• Manage follow-up and move projects toward close.
• Maintain clean and updated CRM records.
• Hit revenue targets while protecting company margins.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure projects start smoothly.
• Help improve and refine our sales process.
