Job summary

JoeyCo Inc. is seeking a driven field sales professional to grow our retail presence and brand visibility across the Orange County market. This highly visible, on-site role requires frequent travel to retailer partners and active in-store execution to drive sell-through and store-ready merchandising.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about building brands in the field, managing retailer relationships, and expanding JOEY's footprint with new locations and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in field sales, account management, territory management, or retail sales within related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with retailers purchasing JOEY products, serving as their primary point of contact
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure products are properly displayed, merchandising materials are in place, and shelves remain fully stocked
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively drive reorders by identifying low-stock situations and sell-through trends with retail partners
• Collect and report field feedback on product performance, including what is selling, what is not, and key market insights behind retailer and consumer behavior
• Prospect and onboard new customers, increasing the number of retail locations carrying JOEY products
• Support local sales initiatives and execute brand-building strategies within the Orange County market
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams regarding market opportunities, competitive activity, and retailer needs
