Job summary

Brand Builders Merchandising Services is seeking a Traveling Merchandising and Sales Representative to drive product visibility and sales across multiple locations in the Bay Area. The role requires engaging with store staff and customers to promote displays and products at assigned locations in San Jose, Hollister, Gilroy, Redwood City, San Mateo, and Hayward.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of merchandising or sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in merchandising, sales, or related field.
• Proven sales abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Travel weekly to assigned retail locations to build and maintain product displays.
• Engage with store staff and customers to promote and sell products and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Develop relationships with store personnel to ensure smooth merchandising operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, keep displays stocked, and restock as necessary.
• Gather and report sales performance data, customer feedback, and store insights.
• Manage time and schedule to cover all locations and optimize sales opportunities.
