Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a sales representative to acquire new residential customers in non-bulk MDU properties (≤49 doors) through door-to-door outreach. You will use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and meet or exceed monthly targets, while earning a base salary plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cold call sales techniques and persuasive communication.
• Ability to travel within assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle.
• Capacity to work outdoors for extended periods in any season or weather.
• Familiarity with computer operating systems and devices (smartphones, routers).
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition by conducting door-to-door sales in assigned non-bulk MDU properties (≤49 doors).
• Support customer experience and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services to existing customers.
• Respond to customer problems per policy and ensure resolution.
• Attend sales meetings and complete documentation for sales activities.
