Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the Miami market. This outside sales role involves regular face-to-face customer interactions, territory management, and growth across South Florida.

Travel Tuesday–Thursday and some in-office or remote work on other days are common. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales or business development, strong communication skills, and a drive to build long-term relationships with property managers and ownership groups.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and field outreach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property managers and decision-makers.
• Grow an existing customer base within the assigned territory.
• Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and customer consultations.
• Create territory growth plans and hit monthly/annual targets.
• Use CRM to track pipeline and activity.
