Job summary

Target Freight Management Inc. (TFM) is a well-established third-party logistics provider seeking an Outside Sales Representative in In-Person Tampa, FL or Pittsburgh, PA.

You will identify and close new sales opportunities, prospect potential customers, and present our freight solutions to both new and existing clients. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of B2B sales in logistics, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in transportation or logistics.
• Logistics operations knowledge (FTL/LTL or 3PL) preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Independent and team-friendly work style.
• Proficient in MS Office and business software.

Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and close new sales opportunities.
• Prospect and contact potential customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
