QPS Employment Group in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to grow our Light Industrial staffing business across Fond du Lac and Beaver Dam markets. You will spend the majority of time in the field with prospects and clients, building relationships and closing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable visiting customers and prospects most of the week.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Prior sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Spend ~80% in the field meeting with prospective and existing clients.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Conduct client visits, facility tours, and workforce consultations.
• Partner with recruiting and operations teams to deliver staffing solutions.
• Maintain discipline around daily and weekly sales activity metrics.
