Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 3–5 years outside sales experience
• Understanding of pricing and proposal models
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
• Experience in multifamily laundry industry is desirable
• Willingness to travel extensively

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and executes professional selling skills, product knowledge, and industry knowledge
• Develops an annual business plan with the Regional VP of Sales
• Sources and develops client relationships and referrals
• Sells consultatively and makes solution recommendations
• Develops relationships with property owners and decision-makers
• Creates and conducts effective proposals and RFP responses
• Maintains contact with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Assists in implementing marketing plans
• Local travel up to 50% weekly
