Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and executes professional selling skills, technical product knowledge, and industry knowledge.
• Develops an annual business plan with the Regional VP of Sales.
• Sources and develops client relationships and referrals.
• Sells consultatively and makes solution recommendations.
• Develops and grows relationships with property owners and decision-makers.
• Creates and conducts proposals and RFP responses.
• Maintains contact with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Assists in implementing marketing plans.
• Local travel up to 50% weekly.
