Job summary

AT&T Field Sales Representatives are in-home, face-to-face sales pros who introduce the latest tech and services. Earn uncapped commissions with top performers reaching six figures, plus a starting range between $60,300 and $100,000 depending on geography, experience, and training.

You work independently with scheduled appointments, delivering personalized demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and device/service setup to keep customers connected. Training provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that drive value.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver's license; company vehicle provided.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Kick things off with paid training and learn to work independently in the field.
• You’ll connect with existing customers daily through scheduled appointments.
• You’ll use negotiation and communication skills to close the sale.
