AT&T Field Sales Representatives deliver personalized in-home experiences, connecting customers with the latest technology while earning uncapped commissions. Starting pay ranges from $61,410 to $100,000 with top earners reaching six figures based on geography, experience, and performance.

You’ll visit customers at scheduled appointments, perform hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and service activations, driving value and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and vehicle for official business use.

Responsibilities

• Kicks off with paid training to work independently in the field.
• Connects with customers daily via scheduled appointments.
