Techtronic Industries - TTI seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth across The Home Depot and other outlets in the U.S. This role combines field sales, product demos, and marketing promotions to maximize sell‑through and brand presence.

You will analyze store performance with Power BI, plan events, and build strong retailer partnerships. The position offers a $50k–$54k target salary plus vehicle allowance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year.
• Must own a personal vehicle and have personal auto insurance.
• Travel to assigned store locations and occasional meetings/events; air travel may be required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing during shifts.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• MS Office proficiency required; strong data or merchandising skills preferred.
• Relocation may be required for future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service at Home Depot.
• Plan events, product demos, and store walks to boost engagement and sell‑through.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and promotions.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising, with data‑driven decisions via Power BI.
• Build retailer relationships and manage inventory and store objectives.
