Job summary

Techtronic Industries - TTI in the United States is hiring for a full-time role supporting sales and merchandising at The Home Depot. You will drive market share, engage customers, and execute promotional activities to maximize product presence.

You’ll work closely with retail partners, plan events, and use Power BI to inform decisions. The position offers nationwide store opportunities, a competitive compensation package, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must hold a valid US driver’s license for at least one year.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable transportation.
• Must carry and maintain personal vehicle insurance listing you as the primary driver.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and sell-through.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to raise awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising with data-driven decisions using Microsoft Power BI.
• Develop an understanding of the retail marketplace, including customer profiles and channel dynamics.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members for in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and report on tasks; assist with store resets as needed.
