Devine Business Group is seeking a Field Sales Professional to create impact and achieve success in a business-to-business, in-person role in Kent, Washington. Compensation includes a weekly draw plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with Mon–Fri schedule and weekends as needed.

You will build relationships with owners and managers, present tailored supplemental insurance solutions, and drive sales while maintaining integrity and client focus.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license; training and reimbursement provided.
• 5+ years of post-high school professional experience or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a performance-based environment.
