Job summary

System One is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Houston, TX to grow new business and manage existing accounts within the HDPE pipe systems market. The role emphasizes field activity, relationship building with contractors and project engineers, and strategic territory development.

You will partner with Inside Sales and Operations to deliver technical solutions, with uncapped commissions and a competitive base salary. Expect travel across Texas and occasional nationwide opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Experience selling HDPE pipe, piping systems, or related technical products preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales strategies to increase revenue across accounts.
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers in the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through regular communication.
• Sell HDPE pipe systems and related products and services.
• Meet with customers to understand project requirements and purchasing decisions.
• Travel to customer locations and project sites as needed.
