Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the Alexandria, VA territory. You will develop relationships with Store Managers and retail personnel to drive short-and long-term performance, focusing on delivering the overall value of retail (VOR) through displays, new items, and core distribution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• 2+ years of retail sales, merchandising or retail management experience in CPG products is desirable.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Sell incremental volume for displays and optimize promoted products.
• Collaborate with store/district-level personnel to create and execute business reviews that drive volume.
• Manage expenditures in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Ensure pricing guideline compliance at retail level.
• Report competitive price changes and promotional support; resolve pricing issues.
• Identify voids and ensure new items are available.
• Merchandise to achieve schematic compliance and maintain shelf readiness.
• Develop relations with territory/store personnel to maximize sales results.
• Communicate market insights from retail level to management.
