Job summary

Empower is seeking field sales professionals to engage rideshare drivers in person at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston. This contract role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and comfort with travel to the airport location.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities exist, with a base pay of $25 per hour plus performance bonuses. High performers can earn well above the base rate, and there is potential to transition into full-time employment with stock options

Qualifications

• Excellent in-person communication and customer facing skills.
• Ability to record information accurately and completely.
• Willingness to work 20+ hours per week and travel to IAH.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers (rideshare drivers) at IAH in person.
• Record driver information accurately and maintain records.
• Manage time and schedule to cover airport shifts.
• Report activity to the sales/marketing team as required.
