Job summary

Empower is seeking field sales professionals to recruit rideshare drivers in person at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). This contract role offers $40 per hour with performance bonuses and the potential to transition into a full-time position with stock options.

Ideal candidates have strong in-person communication, sales enthusiasm, and reliable transportation. A smartphone and the ability to work 20+ hours weekly are essential, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

• Can provide own transportation to/from CLT airport.
• Fluent in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Recruit new customers (rideshare drivers) in-person at CLT.
• Represent Empower at the airport to grow the driver base.
• Record and report data accurately from field activities.
