Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions in the United States is seeking a Field Sales Representative to be the face of our business, building trusted relationships with customers and identifying growth opportunities in industrial fluid control and filtration.

You will expand partnerships, train customers on products, and collaborate with Inside Sales and regional managers to develop strategy. A strong technical aptitude and proactive approach are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial field or outside sales experience.
• Industrial sales background in fluid control, filtration, or fluid handling systems is highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand partnerships with key accounts in your territory.
• Identify new prospects through current clients, referrals, and networking.
• Keep customers informed on the latest products, applications, and solutions.
• Support customers with product selection and provide training when needed.
• Plan and execute a weekly sales schedule with quality visits.
• Log customer interactions and sales activities regularly.
• Collaborate daily with Inside Sales and Regional Sales Manager.
• Continuously sharpen technical knowledge and sales skills.
• Represent Ryan Herco with professionalism and integrity.
