Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is seeking a Field Sales Representative to help grow partnerships and expand our presence in the Richmond territory. You will collaborate with Inside Sales and the Regional Sales Manager to identify prospects, present solutions, and support customers in selecting products.

This role emphasizes building relationships, expanding product knowledge, and timely follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand partnerships with key accounts in your territory
• Identify new prospects through current clients, referrals, and networking
• Keep customers informed on the latest products, applications, and solutions
• Support customers with product selection and provide training when needed
• Plan and execute a weekly sales schedule (aim for 5 quality visits per day)
• Log customer interactions and sales activities in ACS (minimum of 3 times per week)
• Collaborate daily with Inside Sales, your Regional Sales Manager, and teammates on strategy and problem-solving
