Job summary

Cintas is seeking a goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our Outside Sales team in California. The role focuses on generating new business through territory prospecting, lead development, and qualification, using our CRM, closing new accounts, and achieving weekly quotas.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with MS Office and CMS. Preferred candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of B2B sales experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within territory.
• Use CRM to identify, prospect, close new business, and meet weekly goals.
• Execute cold‑calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

At least one year of prior sales experience
