Job summary

Vert Environmental is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover Orange County, built on field-based outreach and relationship building. You will own your territory, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and earn uncapped monthly commissions on top of a base salary of $70,000–$80,000.

This role emphasizes in-person engagements with property managers and real estate professionals. Strong base plus commission, CRM experience preferred, valid driver’s license required,

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outside or field sales with territory ownership and targets
• Experience building relationships through face-to-face outreach and prospecting
• Comfortable with full sales cycle from qualification to close (no hand-holding)

Responsibilities

• Meet property managers, restoration contractors, real estate professionals, and other prospects in Orange County
• Own and grow your territory through daily field outreach
• Generate new business via office visits, job site drop-ins, events, and trade shows
• Close deals and serve clients as a trusted environmental testing advisor
