As a Field Sales Representative, you will sign up local restaurant and retail partners in Austin, working with our commercial leadership to grow Zipline’s merchant network. You will own sales regions and engage merchants to join our delivery platform.

You should be curious, driven, and a strong communicator, with sales instincts to explain our service simply and convincingly. This role combines on-the-ground outreach with remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in field sales, door-to-door, or telesales in delivery/retail.
• Strong communication and ability to map stakeholders.
• Able to build relationships with decision makers.
• Self-sufficient, flexible, revenue-driven.
• Collaborative across internal and external teams.
• Familiarity with delivery marketplaces like Uber Eats or DoorDash.

Responsibilities

• Identify restaurant/retail prospects around Zipline sites.
• Make cold reach outs via phone, email, or in-person.
• Drive sales process from source to close and exceed targets.
• Craft pitches aligned to prospect's business.
• Explain Zipline benefits to prospects.
• Create presentations and proposals with leadership.
• Build rapport to establish trusted merchant partnerships.
