Zipline, the world’s leading drone delivery company, seeks a Marketing Manager for the Austin market. You will own strategy, priorities, and performance, shaping how marketing drives awareness, acquisition, and engagement.

You’ll collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Community Engagement, and Communications to fuel local growth. You’ll build integrated plans across brand, lifecycle, partnerships, and activations, measuring outcomes with clear metrics and adapting quickly to market dynamics.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in marketing, growth, brand, partnerships, product marketing, or a related field.
• Experience developing integrated marketing strategies that combine multiple disciplines to drive growth.
• Strong business judgment and ability to prioritize opportunities by impact.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to define success metrics and base decisions on data.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy, priorities, and performance for the Austin market.
• Develop deep understanding of customer behavior, priorities, competition, and local opportunities to maximize business impact.
• Build integrated marketing plans that connect brand, lifecycle, partnerships, community engagement, and activations around top growth priorities.
• Identify and prioritize local growth opportunities based on impact and needs.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Operations, Community Engagement, and Marketing to ensure aligned investments.
• Represent the voice of the market by sharing customer insights and learnings with the broader organization.
• Define success metrics, measure performance, and refine strategy based on results.
