Job summary

Zipline is expanding in Houston and seeks a results-driven Account Executive to build our merchant network. This field-based role requires 90% in-person outreach, visiting restaurant and retail owners, and closing partnerships that bring Zipline’s autonomous delivery network to local businesses.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in field roles
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your assigned Houston territory.
• Visit 20-40 restaurants and retailers every day.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective merchant partners.
• Close an average of 5 new merchant partnerships per week.
• Become a trusted advisor to local business owners and explain Zipline's value.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through signed partnerships.
