Job summary

Zipline is hiring a Partner Success Manager in the Phoenix area to activate restaurant and retail partners on our drone delivery platform. You will own local partner relationships, launch sites, and build trust with store managers to grow the business.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, identify pain points, and feed product ideas while keeping customers at the center. A pragmatic, curious self-starter calm with ambiguity is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in partner success or customer success or field operations in delivery/retail/ecommerce.
• Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork experience.
• Pragmatic problem solving and initiative.
• Ability to build trust quickly with customers.
• Data-driven decisions and strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with delivery marketplaces is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Zipline’s partners to understand operations, objectives, and establish a strong day-to-day partnership.
• Work cross-functionally to launch and expand Zipline’s service to partners and drive improvements.
• Maintain regular communication with local restaurant and retail partners to build trust.
• Gather customer insights, analyze data, and report findings to identify growth and guide product roadmap.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders to build long-lasting trust.
• Advocate for customer needs to drive product and service improvements.
