Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive profitable business in a defined territory with a focus on equipment sales. You will grow the customer base, implement sales plans, and contribute to Sunbelt’s national branding through excellent service and relationship-building.

Requirements include a 4-year degree or 3–4 years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and 21+ years of age, with strong skills in project management, negotiations, and customer retention.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in related field OR 3-4 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• 21 years of age.
• Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate profitable business from the range of equipment your profit center specializes in.
• Develop your assigned territory and implement sales plans to grow the business.
• Maintain current customer base and help build the national Sunbelt branding identity.
